摘要    目的:研究瑶药“野葛花”的抗病毒和抑菌活性。方法:采用活性追踪分离的方法分离瑶药“野葛花”的活性成分,分别用细胞病变抑制法和微量稀释法测定分离所得的各部位及成分的抗病毒活性和抑菌活性。结果:从“野葛花”中分离得到3个黄酮化合物:染料木素、鸢尾甙元和鸢尾甙。其中,染料木素和鸢尾甙元对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)有较好的抑制作用,两者的半数抑制浓度(IC50,质量浓度)分别为12.5和30μg/mL,选择性指数(SI)分别为36和 16.7。同样,染料木素和鸢尾甙元也有一定的抑菌作用。而鸢尾甙不显示抗病毒和抑菌活性。结论:染料木素、鸢尾甙元和鸢尾甙均为首次从“野葛花”中分离得到。且染料木素和鸢尾甙元有较好的抗病毒活性和一定的抑菌活性。

Aim: To research on the antiviral and antibacterial activities of the flowers of Pueraria omeiensis. Methods: Bioassay-guided fractionation method was adopted to isolate the active compounds from the flowers of Pueraria omeiensis. Cytopathic effect reduction method and micro-dilution method were respectively used to test the antiviral and antibacterial activities of the isolated fractions and compounds. Results: Three flavonoids including genistein, tectorigenin and tectoridin were isolated from the flowers of Pueraria omeiensis. Genistein and tectorigenin possessed potent antiviral activity against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) with 50% inhibition concentration (IC50) of 12.5 and 30 μg/mL, and with selectivity index (SI) of 36 and 16.7, respectively. Besides, genistein and tectorigenin also have some inhibitive effect on the bacteria. However, tectoridin doesn't show antiviral and antibacterial activities. Conclusions: Genistein, tectorigenin and tectoridin were isolated from the flowers of Pueraria omeiensis for the first time. Genistein and tectorigenin possessed antiviral and antibacterial activities.
